Elaine Fong
EAL Teacher
Elaine is originally from Scotland and has a B.Ed. (Hons) in Primary Teaching from Moray House in Edinburgh. She taught for 13 years there, before moving to Malaysia to become one of the pioneer teachers to help open and establish a new school. After four years in Malaysia, she left to teach in Japan. Her experience covers the Scottish Curriculum, English Curriculum, IPC and IB. Elaine joined AIS as the PYP6 homeroom teacher and has now been the EAL teacher for the PYP since 2024.
