Tobias Jakobsen

MYP4 Homeroom & Danish A Teacher

Tobias has a Bachelor’s degree in teaching from VIA University in Aarhus with qualifications to teach Danish, English, Geopgraphy and swimming’. He has also taken courses at VIA including ‘Health and Sexuality education’ (sundheds- og seksuelundervisning, familiekundskab) as well as ‘Education, business and labor market orientation’ (uddanneslses- erhvers- arbejdsmarkedsorientering).

He has experience in football coaching positions in Denmark as well as for Nike in the US, where he has also lived. Tobias has been a part of AIS since the opening in November 2011. At AIS Tobias teaches Danish A in MYP as well as being homeroom teacher.
